Due to the nature of our freeze-dried products, we are unable to accept returns if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. However, we value your experience and offer a discount code for up to 15% off your next order as a gesture of our commitment to customer satisfaction. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
For any issues related to damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team. While we don’t offer returns for dissatisfaction, we are committed to addressing any concerns with damaged or incorrect items promptly.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
In the rare instance that a return is necessary due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for the return and to receive a prepaid shipping label.

How long does it take to process a return and issue a refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting returned items for damage or error, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We kindly ask you to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item for our records. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
